Power and Associates, AmEx ranked top for the second year in a row.<\/p>\n<p>The 2008 survey measured 18 credit card issuers&#8217; customer satisfaction across five areas:<\/p>\n<p>Interaction<br \/>\nBilling and payment processes<br \/>\nFees and rates<br \/>\nReward programs<br \/>\nBenefits and services.<\/p>\n<p>American Express scored a customer satisfaction rating of 783\/1,000 points.
