{"id":1709,"date":"2013-03-03T14:34:14","date_gmt":"2013-03-03T14:34:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.customerservicemanager.com\/csm210469\/?p=1709"},"modified":"2022-10-21T16:23:05","modified_gmt":"2022-10-21T16:23:05","slug":"trip-advisor-customer-feedback-get-wise-not-mad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.customerservicemanager.com\/trip-advisor-customer-feedback-get-wise-not-mad\/","title":{"rendered":"Trip Advisor Customer Feedback &#8211; Get Wise Not Mad!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>There&#8217;s much shouting about how &#8216;unfair&#8217; Trip Advisor are and how annoying it is to get bad reviews, so I feel compelled to put the record straight.<\/strong><\/p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8778\" src=\"http:\/\/www.customerservicemanager.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/tripadvisor.jpg\" alt=\"Trip Advisor\" width=\"500\" height=\"348\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.customerservicemanager.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/tripadvisor.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.customerservicemanager.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/tripadvisor-300x209.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/>\n<p>He goes..<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s not &#8216;unfair&#8217; everyone has the same issues!<\/p>\n<p>If you get it right it&#8217;s free worldwide advertising for a little bit of effort, what on earth is anyone moaning about?<\/p>\n<p>Customer feedback is a FACT: this is the new age of the empowered customer: Trip Advisor is just the tip of the iceberg: get used to it,<\/p>\n<p>it&#8217;s only going to get more and more!<\/p>\n<p>Trying to fight it is like copying King Cnut &#8230; C&#8217;nuts!<\/p>\n<p>Accept it, learn how to use it well and you can cut out all your other advertising and watch the money roll in.
