At Khoros, Nugent was responsible for designing and delivering the company\u2019s global marketing strategy, including brand awareness, demand generation, and expanding customer relationships with thousands of global enterprise brands. During her time at Khoros, Nugent played a pivotal role in the successful merger of Spredfast and Lithium, rebranding the unified company as Khoros. Nugent has experience implementing agile marketing strategies, launching programmatic and account-based marketing (ABM), and driving market presence with a customer-centric approach. Prior to Khoros, Nugent served as head of Marketing at Spiceworks, an online community where technology buyers and sellers collaborate, seek advice from one another, and engage in a marketplace to purchase IT-related services and products.<\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\">\u201cI am energized by using data-driven insights to develop simple yet powerful growth strategies as well as establish operational excellence to scale and deliver predictable results.
