It includes recognising innovation and best practice across five categories: Transformation and Innovation, Partnership, Planning, Data Analytics &amp; Insights, and Improvement &amp; Quality.<\/p>\n<p>Business Systems and Motorway were awarded the Partnership Award in recognition of the value achieved through the collaborative relationship, which has seen Motorway experience significant improvements in its Workforce Management (WFM) and Planning operations.<\/p>\n<p>This has included improvements to adherence, a considerable increase in the efficiency of internal processes, such as self-scheduling daily activities or lodging holiday requests. It has resulted in the fostering of a more positive work environment overall resulting in greater employee satisfaction and improved customer service.<\/p>\n<p>Cameron Croxson, Workforce Planning Manager, Motorway, said: \u201cI\u2019m absolutely thrilled that the collaboration between Business Systems and Motorway has been recognised at The Forum Awards.
