The winners will be announced at the Gala dinner on April 26th\u00a0at the close of the annual Customer Strategy &amp; Planning conference organised by The Forum.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-6466\" src=\"http:\/\/www.customerservicemanager.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Innovation-Award-for-People-Empowerment-2015-a.jpg\" alt=\"Awards Forum\" width=\"240\" height=\"160\" \/>The Finalists\u2019 submissions represent a broad spectrum of topics but with a significant theme in common, that innovation is achieved by often disparate teams working effectively together in pursuit of a clearly defined strategic goal. Award entries include innovative use of social media, planning beyond the contact centre,\u00a0voice of the customer, improvements in quality and customer experience, data led decision making and talent development.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-6471\" src=\"http:\/\/www.customerservicemanager.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/steve-woosey-1.jpg\" alt=\"Steve Woosey\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.customerservicemanager.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/steve-woosey-1.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.customerservicemanager.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/steve-woosey-1-100x100.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/>\u201cThe innovation awards are one of the highlights of the Forum year. The shortlist demonstrates the fantastic achievements being realised in our industry; driving\u00a0continued improvements for the business, the employee and the customer\u201d, explained Steve Woosey, Chief Executive, The Forum. \u201cThe external judging panel has again provided great insight and this has resulted in a robust and exciting shortlist. This presents a fantastic opportunity for our members to hear first-hand how these\u00a0organisations have achieved their success at the Customer Strategy and Planning conference in April\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The full list of finalists is: Affinion International, Co-Operative Banking Group, Direct Line Group, EE, Geoban (Santander Group), Ingeus, Intercall, NE Ambulance\u00a0Service, RBS, Red Funnel Ferries, RSA, RS Components.<\/p>\n<p>Twelve external judges were involved in the shortlisting, many of whom are previous award winners or finalists themselves, in addition to senior specialists and\u00a0managers at The Forum.
